After learning the tastes of the Ottoman cuisine Sefer Usta decided to open his own restaurant and in 1938 he started his adventure with making kazandibi dessert in Izmir soon after it became an Ozsüt brand with hundreds of branches.
Today it has over 180 branches in 46 different cities and continue to grow with overseas invesments. Ozsüt relies on S2000 quality to present the elaborate desserts that it makes.
