Hilla Istanbul was opened in Fişekhane with a restaurant and cafe concept. Equipped with a design concept suitable for the authentic environment of Fişekhane, Hilla became a preferred venue in a short time. Offering breakfast, desserts, chocolate, a la carte restaurant and special drinks, Hilla stands out with the different tastes it offers.
Hilla Fişekhane Restaurant preferred S2000 Kitchen for
industrial kitchen installation, cold display cabinets, cake cabinet, chocolate cabinet and bar equipment. Equipped with Neosystem cooking equipment produced with Italian quality, Rational Oven and S2000's own production countertop industrial refrigerators, the kitchen became the center of the different tastes offered. The industrial kitchen, expertly fitted into a relatively small area, was planned to enable the chef and staff to work in the best possible way.
There are a total of 3 cabinets for cakes and chocolates in the patisserie area. 2 chocolate cabinets are placed towards the front window and stand out as the main display products. There is also a large cake cabinet at the back. Cake cabinets decorated with wenge-colored wooden cladding in the patisserie area have a noble appearance.
In the main hall of Hilla Fişekhane Restaurant, there are 2 cold display and cake cabinets produced by S2000 Kitchen. The design in this main hall is based on light wood. For this reason, the exteriors of the display cabinets are produced with light wood veneer.
S2000 Pastry Cabinets display the products in the best possible way with both their quality appearance and effective lighting system, and also preserve the cakes in the best possible way.
