After the Obica Mozzarella bar was founded in 2004, it opened new branches in Europe, the United States and Japan and expanded into an international network. Today, it has reached 20 restaurants in Milan, Palermoya, London, New York City and Tokyo. Obica has become the brand of choice for good Italian food prepared with high quality and fresh ingredients.

Obica, which opened its first branch in Turkey at Istanbul Airport, preferred S2000 Kitchen company for industrial kitchen equipment and pastry cabinet. He added the experience of S2000 Kitchen and Refrigeration company, which produces high quality cake cabinets and cold display fridges, to itself.

S2000 Kitchen also carried out the production of under-counter cold equipment in the bar section. For this section, Obica preferred Brema ice machines and Hobart dishwashers, which are the solution partners of S2000. Thus, the quality chain in the entire venue was completed.
