With the DRY AGED cabinets produced by the S2000 for the first time in Turkey, the Grill Branché Restaurant & Lounge was opened with a stylish cocktail party attended by special guests at Water Garden Ataşehir.
 
Grill Branché Restaurant & Lounge, which has washed all the molds known about meat with its appetite relief menus, opened at Water Garden Ataşehir. Dry Aged cabinets, specially produced for the Grill Branché interior design, are the first in Turkey in many respects, as the S2000, which finished all kitchens, bars and cold display projects as Turnkey. Grill Branche Dry Aged cabinets, which are unique with "Hairline Gold Plating" coating application, are also the biggest DRY AGED cabinets produced in Turkey also in "Hanging Shelf System" category.
 
WORKING PRINCIPLES OF DRY AGED CABINETS:
 
DRY AGED method; quality beef is kept on its own bone for 21 to 28 days at a special grade. The most important feature of the DRY AGED cupboards is that the meat is seasoned by preserving the moisture and form with dry aging system.
