The Ottoman and Turkish cusine which are very popular in the Borsa Restaurant and is served in self-service style. The Borsa Restaurant added a new place in the most famous restaurants of Istanbul's center which is branch of Şaşkınbakkal serves traditional ottoman meals and along with that usual modern day turkish foods at the same time. S2000 Industrial Kitchen completed all of the self-service lines and units and is a complete kitchen project.
