Gaggia La Giusta 2 Group Tall Cup is a traditional professional espresso machine developed for fast-paced venues, combining aesthetic Italian design with innovative technology. Thanks to its Tall Cup (High Clearance) design, it provides more space (approx. 140-150 mm) under the group heads, making it straightforward and seamless to work with large take-away paper cups and tall mugs.
The machine's brewing settings can be easily controlled via a color touchscreen stylishly integrated into a glass console. Additionally, to give baristas a speed advantage during moments requiring rapid circulation, each group head features 5 programmable illuminated buttons. The Purge button allows for quick rinsing between coffee groups to ensure temperature stabilization and speed up the workflow.
To reduce the physical fatigue of baristas during heavy service, the La Giusta model incorporates angled portafilter handles and an angled user interface that maximize operational convenience. While the LED-illuminated work area provides a clear view of the coffee preparation process, 2 Cool Touch steam wands allow for safe and comfortable consecutive milk frothing without exposure to high heat.
