Two Different Temperatures in One Cart
While keeping hot food hot and cold food cold seems like a basic requirement, the real difference of the RTS HL is that it can achieve this with high quality and temperature consistency on the same serving tray.
Thanks to its thermo-convection design, the hot air circulating in the hot section of the unit ensures that the food is heated effectively and maintains its temperature throughout the service. In the cold section, a forced air circulation system is used, ensuring that the products are kept under ideal cooling conditions.
Flexible Design to Adapt to All Needs
RTS HL stands out with its high adaptability. Thanks to its two doors that fold back, operators can easily and quickly access both hot and cold compartments.
The unit is compatible with all types of serving equipment, including porcelain plates, heat-resistant plastics, disposable products, aluminum containers, and high-temperature resistant paper products. RTS HL has a tray carrying capacity of 30.
